I'd liked to thank all who helped with your suggestions and advice in regards on which is the best Gibson. I finally decided on an 2003 F5G model that looks brand new. I have put new strings on it and I am well pleased. Incidentally, I bought it from a cafe member. It came while I was at a bluegrass festival and I had to wait two days before I could play it. But I'm having fun now. Thanks again to everyone for your help.
