Very nice!!! Cedar tops have a really guttsy sound. Great looking mandolin ----- varnish? Lp

Well, I'm not 100%. Weber site says gloss lacquer, but if so it is a very tastefully applied finish. Not at all heavy, and the mandolin responds very well to a light touch and roars if you lean on it. Has a warm smoky kind of tone.
