Bee-you-tee-ful!!! #Tell us about the wood you used on the top and back please. #How about the finish and the hardware information, too. #I think the headstock looks great.

Thats a very nice mandolin. The headstock is a great change from the traditional. I like it. Lp

Austin, The headstock is not my taste, though I am not sure what I would want. That is a beautiful mando. Love the coloring and just the overall look. Would you do a review of the sound please?

Austin: Super job, the color and finish is beautiful. Looks a little better than the two of yours I first saw at Jeff B's. shop.
I tried to call you today, had a question, I am well under way on #6, Heck, I'd be done if I didn't have to do everything twice http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif (true)
Good looking piece, has a lot of "eyeball"! (Great Job)
Stop by and see the new shop someday! JD

Check out this odd grain on this back. It's very quilty, can't tell in this pic, looks like a map, with earthquake epicenter bottom, tidal waves to the right, and a Cyclops eye in the center. JD

Austin,

Very, very nice! As an oval holed A-style player (keepin it cheap and simple), you make a compelling argument to give in to temptation.

Good luck!

Awesome. Unique colors and burst. Reminds me of Skip's work. I don't even mind the headstock.

Wow, that sunburst on the top is stunning...if I had to nitpick I'd say maybe if the fingerboard extension lost the "point", it would contribute to the overall "clean" look? #Anyway, it looks absolutely amazing, congratulations!
