What would it be worth in pritty good condition?

According to 2006 Vintage Guitar Guide a 30's model in excellent condition would be worth:
1. KM-11 (round-hole, flat top), $700-$800
2. KM-21 (f-hole, arch-top), $800-$950
A KM-11 sold for $450.00 the other day on eBay. In the last 4 years I haven't seen one sell that high. It was pristine. I've never seen a KM-21 hit $600.00. I could have missed it I guess. They must base those prices on a certain well known musical instrument dealer's appraisals. They are generally twice what the item will sell for.
Look for a KM-11 with original case to be worth $300.00 to $400.00.
Look for a KM-21 with original case to be worth $400.00 to $500.00.
If they have been refinished or are missing parts or have any substantial damage they will go for less.

This past week has been quite.... # #...an event here in El Paso to say the least.
The damage to our house (minor as it is) will need to be taken care of front and center before anything else we do.

Diego pretty much has it. #The -11s seem to be fairly common, others much less so...
I have a KM-11 and I've corresponded with some shops which have sold -11s at a bit more than Diego's figures. #Asking prices often go (reasonably, that is, there are those who ask loads more) to around $650, and the shops seem to feel good about getting $500, and I think that they have gotten that much fairly regularly.
