Her website lists a link to this (http://smithcreekmandolin.com/rhonda_vincent.htm) page for Smith Creek Mandolins. With that said I saw her earlier this year and it looked for the world like she was playing a Gibson. I could have been wrong. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

She plays a Smith Creek. Used to belong to Kitty McIntyre I think. She has played a Gilchrist and that may have been what you saw.

If you get a chance, play a Smith Creek sometime. Might really open up a new dimension for you.

She had the Cliff Sargent F-5/Loar copy for a long time; that was the one with the broken scroll on the peghead.

... couldn't get close enough look at headstock !
Which inspires me to request a headstock inlay that reads, "If you can read this you're too close."

I saw her in Manhattan a couple of weeks ago and she played her Smith Creek as did Josh Williams on a couple of songs.
