how do ya edit an ad........like to put "on hold" in one.

Only the seller can edit the ad. You have to know the ad number and remember your password. I can't remember further details; however.

huh. I think it used to be on the Classifieds main page right next to "Submit an Ad"... there were options to Edit/Delete. But I don't see it now either. I'd say drop Scott an email...

When you view the ad, you should see a Modify/Renew option in the upper right corner of the ad. You can also access the edit mode by using the following link:
Modify / Renew Your Ad (http://www.mandolincafe.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/classifieds.cgi?modify_item_button=on&db_id=)
After you input your ad number and password, you should see the ad and below it, an area to modify the original ad and title.

A lot of people haven't been able to find those edit and delete links so don't feel bad. See the big red box. That's where they are and clicking those will auto-fill the ad number in.
