I just heard Twin Peaks by Radim Zenkl for the first time on the MP3 section of the site. It's a beautiful song and I'd love to learn it, but it would take me forever and I simply don't have the time or energy. I suppose I could do it though . . . maybe I just need the inspiration. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif

There is an excellent transcription of "Twin Peaks" in Mel Bay's Master Anthology of Mandolin Solos Volume One (AKA Mandolin 2000) (http://www.melbay.com/product.asp?ProductID=98372BCD&Title=2000+mandolin&mediatype=Book%2FCD+Set&Author=&Series=&Difoverall=&Publisher=&Category=M01&SongTitle=&TypeOfSearch=criteria).
A plug for the rest of the book, anybody who is "anybody" in mandolin has a transcription in here, along with a brief bio.
The "Twin Peaks" piece is quite fun, and there're hints and notation in the TAB to show how he does his signature "hammer-ons" and "pull-offs." Definitely a good book to have--even the CDs alone make the project worthwhile.

There is a good tab on C0-MANDO.COM. It's really not as hard as it sounds. Great tune & alot of fun to play.

Could someone send me a link to the tab on co-mando. I've searched for it under a bunch of different names and couldn't find it. Is there another name for this song?

Nevermind, I found it. There was no space between Twin and Peaks, so the search didn't find it until I searched for Zenkl under author. Haha.
