A while back I saw pics of Dawg's Fern both in and out of case but cant remember where I saw them.
Anybody know of the whereabouts of said pics?
Thanks,
Mike

I like that dark bearded shot of David. The good 'ol days.....He played the heck outta that Fern.
I think it used to be more cool, to wear your finish away...... with his whirling dervish
mandolin rhythm playing.....he definitely wore some scroll finish away back in those days........

You know it, SternART!

Frank was about 37, David about 27.

way cool, Scotti. Who's the bass in #2 (maybe Bill Amatneek) and guitar man in the last one?

I guess it's T.

I would say 1977... They toured with Bill Keith in Europe.
...good old days!

I'd recognize that soundhole and fingerboard overhang almost anywhere. It's TR.

You guessed right.......T & Bill A.
Before T. learned about natual fabrics, eh?!

Bill Keith is in one of those shots.......looks like around the time of their
first trip to an exotic local......they came back with great stories from Japan.
Played a set of BG with Bill Keith, and then a set of fresh Dawg Music, already raging
here in the Bay Area, by the next tour over there, T. told me pickers showed up backstage
that could play his solos lick for lick.....
