If you right click, on the red x, save the link to your favorites and then follow that link you can see the picture. #A little involved, but it is a neat assortment of mandolins.

Alekos, the bowlback looks very similar to my Blasius.
The two-pointer's an odd color if it's a Gibson.

I think the 'burst oval hole F is a Weber Gallatin but I can't ID the black one. Nice assortment.

Alekos, the bowlback looks very similar to my Blasius.
Sorry, the bowlback is very definitely a high-end Washburn by Chicago's Lyon & Healy Co.

Thanks Eugene; I'm kinda disappointed because I've never been able to learn anything about my "Blasius" bowlback; except that they were a Phila importer of European pianos from 1870-1920 or so. Mine's probably been relabeled with the Blasius name.

Alekos, from the shape of the scroll and the tailpiece the oval-hole F does appear to be a Weber Gallitin with optional sunburst. Nice, but I suspect all these are flat fretboards <sigh>. The two-pointer has pizazz. It appears Mando-Sam likes his Gibsons; do I detect several?
I guess I'll round up a crop of beauties and see if I can't post a similar photo. Stay tuned...

The black (dark) A5 in the forefront looks like a Furch mandolin.
