Here are some pics of my new Weber Big Sky. #It has a varnish finish, well flamed one-piece back, cedar top cut in 1910, Waverly tuners, and a radiused board. #This thing is less than a week old and it sounds AWESOME! #It has a nice woody tone and the volume is incredible right out of the box!

Very nice. #I can't wait to drool (I mean) play this one. #I love the color, and it has nice flames on the side. #How does the volume and tone compare to your other one? That back is too die for.

Very nice.

They are just now set up to do varnish again in their new shop and this is the first varnish to come out.

Now that's a great lookin' mandolin. Every cedar topped Weber I've played has been just amazing. You're gonna have to bring that down to OKC in the next few months.

Congratulations Scott. That looks like a real keeper; I'd love to hear it. If it sounds as good as it looks... http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

Congratulations, Scott! That is one beautiful instrument. I love the inlay on the headstock, too. It looks quite different from others I've seen on Webers... but then again, I don't get out much.

WOW, It appears that the Weber folks have out-done themselves (again). Your Big Sky is gorgeous!

This is some very serious eye candy from Bruce and folks. I bet it sounds as good as it looks. That's jaw dropping, eye popping stuff going on there.
