Great interview with Frank Wakefield. I've never seen him in person. He's an unbelievable picker!

I just added new show poster pdf files to the
tour schedule. Sure would be nice to find some
in local coffee shops and store windows... hint...

Also, is that really Sharon White or not?

I am pretty sure that's Sharon White carrying her guitar case along with her then-husband and bandmate Jack Hicks carrying his b***o case. Remember, Jack Hicks was the White's banjo man at the time and I believe married to Sharon. That didn't work out so well, now Sharon is (long-time) married to Ricky. Hmm... trading a b***o player for a mando player... although Ricky can play clawhammer... And a little after this 1973 shot (by 1975 I think) the Whites had gone for Flux and dropped the banjo.

Yep, I just got the word from a reliable source
that it is in fact Sharon White. She looks like
she must be 12 to 14 years old there.

Hi, I'm new to this message board. I'm used to news groups, where you can post a message for everyone to see, usually to ask a question. Anyone can respond. Everyone can see the question and all the responses.

So, how does this message board work? It seems to be the same concept, but I can't figure out how to start a discussion or ask a question. It wants me to send my message to somebody in particular, but I don't know anyone.

It's the same way. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
