for anyone interested, my friend and i's cd is ready for priduction except for cover art and inside stuff and all that. we are thinking manduo for the band name and maybe Excursions In Mandolining as the title. by the way is mandolining even a word?

we were thinking something abstract, mostly a drawing (not a photo) and not copyright protected http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif , something to do with mandos is always good too

Think your band name is good........Manduo......Got a certain ring.

The CD name might be good for Grisman or Thile......A bit weighty...but I ain't an expert. Dunno if "mandolining" is a word or not........gets the point across though http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
