Only one F hole? And the frets look too evenly spaced; I bet the intonation is way off...

Yes like the name implies, it just blinks (lights up). #You will see people wearing these things at concerts and they are really distracting. #I went to see Allison Kraus this summer at an outdoor venue and they were handing out some sort of blue-colored blinky. #Dan Tyminski commented from the stage that looking out across the sea of blinking blue lights looked like a police raid!
