a great show

went to Raliegh last night and saw Laurie Lewis and Tom Rozum............what a fine show they did. Got to talk to both for minute or two, as well as having a couple minutes with Todd Phillips. With Craig Smith on banjo, Scott Huffman on guitar, and special guest Bruce Molsky helping out on fiddle, and Todd on bass, Tom on mando, and of course sweet playing Laurie leading'em on. Think how good they'll be when Craig masters that banjo!! Kidding aside, I got to hear Craig play with Dan Crary and Byron Berline last year and was blown away my his tasteful caress on his instrument.

did you notice his hands.....they're huge. and yes, a VERY tasteful banjo, never over powering. and sings a very nice bass vocal too.
