Well I settled on getting a mandolin finally lol. It's a washburn and I got it for 279.00 american. After a couple hours I could already play a couple songs.

Congrats! I see where you say your 'first' mandolin...hang around the Cafe, and play that mando enough and you'll soon be ready for the 'second' mandolin (of many?) Mandolin Acquisition Syndrome (MAS) will soon strike...be ready!

I was up to ten, I realized if I could combine them I had enough money for a few great ones. Now I have four great ones. I wonder what I can total them up to? hhmmmm
