I'm speechless. #The Del McCoury band is amazing. #They played at the Cat's Cradle last night, and I think they were pretty blown away by the size and the super high energy of the Thursday night crowd. #If there is a better group of musicians out there, I haven't heard them. #Ronnie's right hand is incredible. #He's like a machine gun. #Jason Carter is smoking on the fiddle, Rob is a great banjo player, and let me tell you- not taking anything at all away from the great Mike Bub, but man... this kid they have playing with them isn't lacking any at all. #He's got a heck of a voice, too. #Speaking of vocals, the harmonies were right on. #Del is a great performer and can still nail the high notes with ease. #
As a special treat, Tony Williamson came out to play a few songs. #Tony is an incredible mandolin player in his own right, and certainly has his own recognizable style. Hearing him and Ronnie on the same stage was breathtaking. #What a show.
