NW Arkansas JAMS?

I know this topic has came up not too long ago but I never got any specifics. I am a beginner and live in Bella Vista, I am looking for a group to play with. A previous post spoke of a group that gets together on thursday nights in Eurika Springs. Does anyone know if that is still going on or if there is something in the fayetteville area where people are getting together to jam?

Maybe you could try calling Janet Davis music store up there (I think they are in Bella Vista) and asking them...seems to me they ought to be able to recommend something...they may even have something at the store. There is a regular "anything goes" (not necessarily bluegrass) jam on Wednesdays in Fayetteville, but, man...that's a long drive...

Thanks Mike, I will try that. When and where do they meet in fayetteville, I think I would like to try and at leat check it out. I believe my dog is getting tired of listening to the same stuff.
