Mystery Gibson A

I just recently "inherited" the Gibson in this photo, and hope someone can help peg the age and model name. The only identifying number, stamped inside (beneath bottom scroll), appears to be 2730 25. Also, though I have no plans to sell it, I'm curious what the typical street value might be for one in decent shape.

I am no expert, but it appears to be an A40 or A50. The links below may help you ID it. Also, I found an A50 for sale online for $1,250, but that may or may not be a good price. Hopefully, one of the Cafe's resident experts will chime in.
