Now one more just for fun.

Now any one that has ever photographed Quilted knows that it changes with every angle and lighting condition. This last was taken under controlled studio conditions ,[ that would be laying on my bed ] using the most highly technolodgical lighting available #[ #That would be a flash light sitting on top of the TV ]

#Ok so it's not what it looks like under normal circumstances, but this is what the camera saw.

b.pat--that's some great wood Andrew came up with! Is the top as figured as it appears in your photo? If so, it's very impressive. Congratulations.

A picture is worth a thousand words and that mandolin should be worth a lot more.

I wish I could play one. They look nice, but I want mp3's. That two pointer that sold off his website sure looked sweet. I had a chance back when he was still taking custom orders to get his first two pointer. Oh well...

Is that back made of wood, or is it really a giant mandolin-shaped pool filled with iced tea? Looks like you could swim in it!

Outstanding.

Thanks for the nice word everyone.
No the back of the peghead is not bound . It's a Burled overlay with Gold Weaverlys with MOP buttons.
