Northfield Model M vs Model M+

Love all the stuff coming out of the NF shop.

Model M+ seems to be a recent addition. So what actually makes it a +?

Tuners hardware is black. Are they different tuners?
Nugget tailpiece (very cool imo) is also black but appears to be otherwise standard.
Cost is approximately $300 more.

What else is different?
