So I really have been encouraged to post this. I built 3 of these in the late 70's. I still have this one and haven't played if for many years. I hope it still works. Your basic little Strat. Hope the pic comes through.

Oh, COOL! Please tell us more.. What's the scale length? What kind of pickups? What do all the switches do? http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I'll measure the scale length today. I don't remember. Probably standard. There's a switch for each pickup, a volume control for each. The other two knobs are there for? Probably some effects circuitry I built into it. I'll have to find/ buy a small amp to plug it into to really find out. It's been too long.

Yes, probably. And the volume knobs go to 11.

Dale, that's very cool! I plan to build one if I ever finish my A-style. I may just put one pickup in it though - neck pickup.

Would that be inches or feet?...

That would be yards, smart guy. As soon as I finish my burrito lunch here, I'm going to a local music store and pick up a little practice amp of some sort so I can figure out what everything is for. There's a little bitty toggle switch near the rear end of the thing- maybe built in reverb? I'll find out. What's funny is that with all the loss I had from the water damage at the shop, the schematic of what looks like how I wired this thing survived, albeit with blotched printing.

The scale length appears to be just a bit longer than 13 7/8". I would expect 14. Don't ask me why. It was the 70's.
