I was going to post a pic, but I don't know how. I don't have the pic on the internet anywhere...just on my hard drive. Oh, well....maybe someone can fill me in on another way to go about it....??

Thanks.

Hit the button to preview your post even if you haven't typed anything, on the next screen it'll give you the option to add a file.

Here's something else. Click the thumbnail once and it pops up on the screen overtop of the darkened forum. Click that picture again and you can see it even larger (if possible). Use the back button though or you'll close out of the Café.

You can also post more than one photo per post. Instead of using the Quick post box click Go Advanced. Then Click on the paperclip to add files from your PC. No longer do you need to resize a 1MB image, the forum does that for you (sweet!) You can add up to 6 images using the 6 different browse buttons then click Upload and here they come. If they're very small they won't be clickable to larger size, if they are you can use the double click thing.

I'll add some of each type to illustrate..

Jamie

Edit:You can see two sections attached thumbnails (you can click once or twice) and attached images (small enough not to need enlarging).

Edit 2: The pumpkin picture has been reduced from ~2MB to 165kb! Very Nice.

This is pointing to the old forum and I think we shouldn't be doing that for usage instructions. It's no big deal, but the two forums are totally different products.

I'm really digging the new software, especially the new picture posting capabilities. Thanks, Scott.

well, we'll see if this works. the last time i tried to post a picture, it was too big and i couldn't figure out how to size it. It's a picture of me and the strad at this year's irish fest.
