Custom inlay?

Anyone have a good source for custom design of MOP inlay for a headstock? I'd like to get something special designed for an instrument I'm having built by an independent luthier...Any leads are appreciated. Thanks.

There are lots of people who do custom inlay. Often it is the builder him/herself.

Custom Inlay in Kentucky does work for First Quality Music.
I recently made inquiries via email, and ended up with some
