My first thought is Oscar Schmidt. I don't know what others might suggest.

This OS mandolin has similarities and the same tuners. However, we cannot see important aspects of the mandolin in question. I can't help with identifying the tiny tot: https://jakewildwood.blogspot.com/2011/11/c1900-oscar-schmidt-made-pearl.html

Post a picture of the bowl from the back and side. Many of our expert bowlheads have been able to narrow things down a bit with those details. Everyone used butterfly and the other trim items were pretty standard items from jobbers. This one is just dressed up a bit.

I'm still waiting for one of the bowl guys to pop out a catalog picture.

If it is a OS. First thing I noticed ,was the open book headstock. I know though its not a Gibby. :)

A whole lot of makers used that open book headstock shape. The fact that Gibson can claim it to me is pretty laughable but they have.
