It came on Wednesday, and the strings settled down that evening. #It plays even better than it looks! #Wonderful axe! #See it close-up at <http://images.fotopic.net/yb9ac7.jpg>

Which model? #The Bluegrass?
It is a Deluxe, with some Bluegrass trimmings, notably the binding on neck & body and the bottom of the fretboard. #Otherwise, strictly Deluxe (top thickness, finish, inlays, pickup, lighter strings, red maple body). #I liked it well enough when I opened the case, like it even better with each passing day. #Extremely responsive all the way up the neck. #More'n loud enough, too.

I've been learning tenor guitar chords instead of chop chords (which are good in their place) to play rhythm with a jam, but I gotta do some more single-string stuff, and this instrument's an inspiration. #Having painfully worked out Mainerio's 'Schiarazula Marazula', next is 'Kitchen Girl' then writing tabs for 'Rondo a la Turca' and 'Poiche Van' ... and figuring out how to play 'em.
