That's Jake Shimabukuro. He's theHawaiian ukulele phenom--the fastest right hand I've ever seen on a musician. He played with Mike Marshall and Darol Anger last year in a few California shows--I think that they are planning to do it again sometime. He opened for them, and then they played as a makeshift trio. He didn't seem lost at all. I might add that his live shows are amazing, but for some reason, his albums are embarrasingly overproduced.

Ahh, glauber, when I first saw that a few weeks ago, it brought some serious tears to my eyes. I would love to see this guy live.
