Hi Bill,

In iPhoto:

-Click on the photo(s) you want to post
-Select Export from the File Menu

A window similar to the following will appear:
http://homepage.mac.com/bradhopkins/classes-online/using-iphoto/images/6/export-panel.gif

Make sure you select the "File Export" tab
Select "Scale images..." and enter a value such as the one on the picture above (640 wide).

Click Export.

If you have PowerPoint, you can copy the images to individual slides, and then resize them to what you want, and then save them as JPEGS.

If you don't have Powerpoint, someone else might have some ideas if you have any other MAC programs that might allow resizing of images.

Go to iphoto and open the application at the bottom of the window in iphoto you will see the icon for email don't click there yet you need to first select the photo in the iphoto window above which should show your current photos that are in iphoto. Select the photo you want to upload first then select the email icon. What will happen is a new email window will appear with the selcted photo in it resized for the web.

OK now you simply click on the photo in that new email and drag it to your desktop you will see the symbol for copy a file show up green circle with a plus sign, the resized image is now saved to your desktop ready for uplaoding to the cafe.

If you get stuck PM me and I'll walk you through it.

There's also freeware called "JPEG Resizer" that works
like a dream.
