Are you referring to the Simon and Garfunkel El Condor Pasa (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pey29CLID3I)?

My understanding is that the tenor instrument is a charango (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charango), not a mandolin. That said, there are a number of search references online for "Mandolin Tab for El Condor Pasa" that may provide what you are looking for.
