The guy listed as the mandolin player for the album that song is on is Pat McLaughlin. The gentleman in that video is not Mike Marshall, but I can't say for certain that it is Pat McLaughlin.

My apologies, I thought the ACL video above was the video in question. MM didn't ever play with good ol' Don Williams as far as I know and that does not resemble him or his playing ...sorry for the corn-fusion :) #doh/facepalm
