Nice! There is something about those late teens to'21 A2s that makes them really sweet sounding. Maybe the wide grain on the top.

1920 It's an easy player. Totally different sound from my other mandolins.

I'm jonesing for one. I've played a few, and the historical aspect is appealing to me.

I've been wanting one for years also, and when I finally could afford one I had a hard time choosing. There was this A2, a real nice whiteface A3 and a couple A jr's out there on the market. I believe I made a good choice with this one. I really like my other mandolins, but there is something about playing an old Gibson.......
