Back Home Fest, WV

[Pittsburgh Bill]

I just purchased camping tickets for the BACK HOME FEST in WV late June. I'm not an avid fan of Bluegrass or the chop chord but this festival has some undeniably great talent that could entertain me anytime.
I'm especially excited about seeing the Billy Strings Band as I have previously seen the other headliners multiple times. What great talent! If only Sam Bush was coming as well.

It sounds like a good one after looking at the lineup. I won't be able to make that one, but will be attending the Pickin' In Parsons (WV) in early August and possibly the Summerville, WV festival in June.

Picking in the campground at festivals can be more fun than watching the headliners. Just returned from camping at Merlefest. The campground picking was the best part. Was there for 3 days and went inside festival once. Had a blast playing with the group that gathered at our site including a fine fiddler who could swing a fiddle tune like a cajun. Enjoy!
