Does anyone know the name of the song played in the background of the YouTube video about Tom Ellis (called "We should make mandolins")?

An e-mail to Tom Ellis would most likely get you your answer. It's something i've never heard before - or since !. It may very well be a piece of music composed & possibly played by Tom as the background to his video,
