Go to Troy Ale House some Sundays (good eclectic jams) and Parting Glass in Saratoga first Mondays of the month for Adirondack Bluegrass League jams (not in the summer though).

I'd love to get together to pick sometime. #I live in Voorheesville,NY. While I play mando, I also play guitar, banjo and some fiddle. #I'm recently out of a band called "Fire in the Kitchen" and prior to that a little trio called "Irish Rain." #My passion is bluegrass, though. #I'd really like to join or form a new band in the Capital District area. #Please contact me here or via email at Tthorpe@msn.com.
