I played a good sounding and easy playing Breedlove FF American Sunburst Gloss today at Mountain Pawn in Lakewood, CO. They are listing it at $999, but in store he said he could do a cash deal of $750. No idea what he would do for a credit card/shipping deal.
The bridge needs to be raised a bit on the bass side, but easy enough to do with a tiny allen key. Overall, it is in good condition, with minimal playwear. It has a cosmetic issue that the finish is delaminating near the fingerboard. Probably due to drying out here in Colorado and the finish was covering the fret ends, so the fret ends are now protruding a tiny bit from the wood, and pushed out the finish, separating it from the fingerboard. It can be fixed by removing the finish from the neck (speed neck) or just left alone. It did not seem to affect playability at all.
I'd have picked it up myself, if it weren't my wife's birthday today. She got a gift from the shop instead.
