Scrapers elbow?

I spent the weekend using a scraper to finish a f-style and then played a session tonight. I felt this pain in my elbow kinda like tennis elbow but more on the big "Popeye" forearm muscle (dont know what you call it). That sound like it was from gripping the scraper or from just elbow movement?

Repetive movement at the elbow is a common cause for tendonitis. I've suffered from tendonitis from several differnent things and have learned that it is very wise to take heed of the first signs and figure out a different way to do things. It can turn into a life long problem if one ignores it.
