I'm waiting on a Flatiron Artist F5, supposed to be a 2001 model. Until it gets here, I would love to see pictures of anybody else's same model. Also, any info would be appreciated, in regards to whether these are signed, ballpark value, last year of production, all that good stuff. Thanks in advance, I always get what I'm looking for here. Cool lookin' Flatirons. #Were they ever offered with a varnish finish? #And does anybody know how it got its name?

Here's my 2001 Artist.....It's a mighty good sounding mando.
Jim-I believe the name came from the Flatiron Mountain range of Montana.
