Andy posted these over on facebook. Too cool not to share here. Not mine, I wish.

I really love the back and sides and the back of the neck -- what a clever "sunburst" color scheme! Front is a little plain, by comparsion....:(

That birdseye back, with the color scheme looks like something in deep space. Must have been a bear to carve.

I always love to see Andy's work.

Hello... Grinch here... I.. don't.. like.. it :(

Great piece of work for sure, but not for me I'm afraid. One of you guys will just have to buy it when he takes it to NAMM ;)

Looks like the 'eye of god' nebula was inspiration for that burst...

The back's a bit too colourful for me - but nevertheless, an awesome looking instrument!

with you there ... noooo... I love what Si et al now do at Brook (so much they even managed to sell me a six string when I thought I was over that sort of thing...), but Andy M's stuff (of what I've seen) can be a little bit whacky for me

Looks like Cecil's (http://www.mandolincafe.com/forum/showthread.php?126604-The-Cecil-B-DeMille-Fanned-Fret-Dola-by-Girouard-Mandolins&highlight=cecil) little brother... ;)

That bridge. What is it made of? And have you tried an ebony bridge?

It's not mine. It will be at NAMM in LA later this month. I have no idea what wood he used for the bridge and fretboard.
