Hey All,

I like to check this gallery out every once in a while, because I own the first mandolin featured in the gallery. Collings MT2O #3219. Steve Miklas and I asked Collings about making this model at least a couple of times before this one showed up at the NAMM show a couple of years ago. For some reason, the Music Emporium ended up with it. I had to buy it! Anyone else here own one from the Custom Gallery?

That is an absolute beaut!

It's almost the elusive white face snakehead. All it'da needed was the neck joint at the 12th fret!

Just a really cool instrument! I'm sure I'd love it! Meanwhile, I'll continue to call Wayne Henderson and see if he'll build me a white-face snakehead!

I had to have the first MF D Merlot! Made it my gigger, with K&K twin pickup. She's very blingy!
