I'm the lucky owner of the above pictured mandolin. Wow is all I can say. It is loud and resonant and sweet and just about plays itself (you would never guess it ships with J-75s). Ken is easy to work with and sent photos of the build as it was happening.
I've always thought that a good vintage instrument sounded better than anything new- not any more! The combination of Ken and his 150 year old redwood is killer.
