I will never win a spelling contest, but I am thankful for spell check. I did find it interesting that he put Waverly tuners on his guitar.

Not you it does look that way to me also. Not sure if it is an optical illusion or that is the way it is?

As far as the Waverly tuners. it just seemed odd to me that someone up in the woods of North Idaho making a guitar the would sell for around $1000 would make the investment to install Waverly tuners.

Waverly guitar tuners start at about $140 a set and go up from there. It is not quite the stretch a set of mando tuners is.
