Hello fellow cafe-ers,

I'm looking for a spot for the Matt Flinner Trio to play in Virginia on April 21st, which is a Thursday night. Maybe somewhere between Bristol and, say, Staunton? We're on our way from Nashville to Washington, D.C., and had a scheduling mix-up which has now left that night open. Anyone know of a good house concert or other listening-friendly venue somewhere in that general area? We don't shed, smoke or generally overstay our welcome. Feel free to message me if you have any suggestions.

Thank you!
Matt Flinner

hey Matt
you might want to call or email Capo's in Abingdon(slightly past Bristol heading north). They are an excellent acoustic shop and might be able to work up a small shop concert for you or know of somewhere local where a house concert would work.

Gil and Amy Braswell are the owners/operators

haven't been at the acoustic coffee house in a couple years, but in Johnson City, Tn there used to be a small Café that had live music.
