Description offers free postage but description says cash/collect. Furthermore listing offers Paypal but seller will not accept Paypal when contacted. Oh and this is a ONE day auction-- Looks too fishy to me

Been on eBay for 3 weeks. 34 small purchases to garner positive feedback. Not one of those 34 purchases offers a 'view item' option. About as fishy as they come.

Worse still- the seller had a previous identity on ebay. I discovered this checking on the usernames history vis advanced search!
Better yet- the guy has never sold anything since his new username, he has only purchased things.
I hope someone doesn't get burned on this as the price is sooo low for a USA Fatiron (if it actually even exists) common trick is to use listing pics from an old listing everyone has forgotten about.

The bugger has even stole the description as well! Someone will be burned bigtime as this could easily reach £500 plus

After reporting it to eBay I sent him the link and he immediately pulled the item.

I've just been through the process of working out this was a rip off and reporting it too!

This kind of lowlife scammer makes me livid! I really hope no one actually did send money to this twat. Ebay need to have a more responsive 'report an item' service and certainly a 24hr telephone contact service. Christ-they make enough profit to host a 24hr helpline don't they.
Anyway the listing is now TOTALLY removed so Ebay have stepped in (after the horse has bolted, no doubt!)
