I am a beginner. Im moving up from a 30$ mando, so don't have a finely tuned ear. I just got a used Kentucky km200s - serial number 12160. Seller said it was Japanese made. Cosmetically in excellent condition. My question: Is this a all solid model? Any info / reviews on this model appreciated!

I did own one and mine was a Japanese made version. Solid spruce top. Good tone. I did a set up to lower the action and it was a good one to get my skills stronger on at the time. Definitely a decent mandolin. Worth about $275 on MC Classifieds IMHO.
