It's a beauty. One of my students had moved os for a bit and asked me to look after it. As I understand it, it's a home build. She bought it in northern NSW (Byron Bay)
It's got a really rich tone. And the tuners are fine but string changing ...
Anyway here she is.

Well the inlay is different but the headstock shape is like this one.

+1 for Vietnam. That's the same tailpiece that appears on many AntonioTsai instruments.

Looks like the nut's fitted back to front. Those slots for the unwound strings look cavernous, unless it's a trick of the light.

They're pretty large.
I'll check the nut and if it's wrong I'll fix it.
