Well, after getting that Strad Jr. all set for myself... in walked a delicious "redhead" Strad-O-Lin today. After patching it up -- she sure is a beauty in looks and sound. The pickguard is my own replacement (from vintage stock), but the rest is the real deal. This thing has volume and punch to spare. Really enjoying it... and I may have to keep a pair.

Yeah, yeah, one to tune down to E... that's proper reasoning...

Yeah, it was one of those weird things: because I had the other one, this one was called in, right?

I got a phone call that morning from someone who I thought wanted repair on an instrument (no brand, type, etc. mentioned) -- and when she came in, this is what she had, and wanted to sell it instead... go figure! Lucky for me, I suppose. :)

Agreed. I think that headstock is the bee's knees as well.
