That is without a doubt the ugliest instrument I have ever seen. I've seen a few of these "lumps" before and every time I just wonder why on earth anybody would build such a monstrosity.

There is a guy that brings a pair of those to a guitar show that I frequent, poor little things. I feel sorry for them...

I knew Gibson made the lump model, but I never knew Epiphone did. There is binding on the back of this one, but not on the original Gibson A-12s. New model, old, proto-type.. Its a mystery to me.
