That is a really beautiful mandolin. I don't know the make or year as I am not up to speed on bowl backs, but if it sounds as nice as it looks you have a winner.

Thank you... It has a label inside that says IL GLOBO. I've had this for over 20yrs and I remember seeing it at my grandmothers when I was a little girl over 50 years ago. My grandfather died when my dad was a young boy and my dad would have been 13507095 this year.

I just saw this exact one on YouTube and it said that it's a 389 11 Globo..but I still don't know the year....it has to be around 1900.
