I was cleaning out the Man Cave and found these two pick guards and was wondering what I have. Can anyone identify what these are?

Black bound with WBW edging , and F style .. maybe hand made rather than 'famous factory brand name'.

whats the problem?

No problem at all...As I said, I found them and was wondering what they were. I knew they were F style. Curious as to manufacturer (Gibson, Alverez, Fender...etc.).

Gibson pick guards would have the patent date next to the straight edge, wouldn't they? All the ones I've seen have it, but I'm not sure if they dispensed with it later on.

Some Gibson pickguards have the Patent Stamp, and some don't. These don't look to me like they came off of a Gibson, but, you never know . . .

The shape is close to an F-5 pickguard, but not quite right. I'd say they are not Gibson.

Neither Gibson (not all of them have the pat.-stamp) nor Cumberland Acoustics (probably Gibson's source over the last years). I've seen this sort of pick guard on a Chinese Flatiron.
