Hi everyone.

I have put together a brief article on Ginislao Paris, an inventor of a special double top bowlback mandolin system and would like to publish it in Wikipedia with proper referencing, photographs etc. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Wikipedia itself offers a great deal of guidance on how to get started with this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Contributing_to_Wikipedia

OK, worked out how to do it finally, but got the reply that Wikipedia doesn't publish people's own research. So I gave up on them and instead have published it on my own website.

Here it is:

The article on Ginislao Paris has finally been accepted by Wikipedia and it is published in both English and Russian.

If anyone is willing to contribute some time and translate it into other languages that would be great.

Also I'd like to encourage Cafe members to write Wikipedia articles about mandolin personalities, musicians and luthiers, as this topic is not widely covered there. The generations after us will appreciate it. Thank you!
