I can't get some of my pictures uploaded because they are too big. I have even reduced them to 100x75 pixels, and reduce the quality but they are always just a little too big. help http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

Make sure they're not saved as BMP's... GIF or JPG images should be plenty small, even at 800x600. If you need some help converting them or getting them to the right size, feel free to send me a message.
